We offer the following programmes:

Baby and toddler swimming

From four months until the age of 3 years. Duration: 25 mins. Accompanied by one parent. Fun, happy and safe - helps your baby feel at ease in the water.

Getting used to floating on tummy as the basic position befor swimming

Building on the inborn frog kick reflex as the natural way of moving through the water

Stimulating overall coordination and motor function

Promoting physical and mental development through the stimulating and calming effect of the water

Fostering interaction between parent, child, teacher and other group memebers

Swimming aids: Fred´s Swimmtrainer Classic (red) provided

Other swimming aids and neoprene swimming costumes are available to buy.

Euro 8 per session (available from one participant)

Please note that the Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes (daily at 09.00 am) only cover the basics of baby and toddler swimming. This is a stand-alone course, and the level is always aligned to the ability of the least proficient member.

Swimming classes for beginners

From 4 years, 4+, class duration 50 mins.

In small groups (max. 5 children) without the accompanying adult in the pool

Correct breast stroke technique

Ideal swimming position

Coordinating the arms, legs and breathing

Building the confidence to swim with your face underwater, and first diving exercises

Smooth transition to free swimming and general stamina work without buoyancy aids

Swimming aids: Swimtrainer Classic (orange and yellow) are provided, and are also available to buy
